Folk remedy – Anemia, Menstrual pain

民间偏方-当归鸡蛋茶,月经痛,贫血,经期长,缠绵不断,淤血瘀滞


全当归一支,当归头补血,当归尾活血行滞

黑豆一小把,补肾

红枣-补脾,补血

带壳龙眼,龙眼补血速度最快,贫血泡水喝,立竿见影,血虚多放,血燥者少放。

鸡蛋一枚或两枚-宁心安神

甘蔗红糖少许,根据个人口味放多放少

另外,可以加一勺甜酒酿


使用方法:月经干净之前,经期最后两天吃效果最佳,连续吃几个月效果显著。


Folk Remedy – Danggui Egg Tea for Menstrual Pain, Anemia, Prolonged Menstruation, and Blood Stasis


  • Whole Danggui (Angelica sinensis) root – the head of Angelica nourishes the blood, while the tail invigorates the blood and promotes circulation.

  • A small handful of black beans:  tonifies the kidneys

  • Red dates: strengthen the spleen and nourish the blood.

  • Longan (with shell or shelled) – Longan replenishes blood quickly; soaking and drinking it helps with anemia. Use more for blood deficiency, less for blood heat.

  • One or two eggs: calm the heart and soothe the mind

  • A small amount of sugar cane brown sugar, adjust according to personal taste.

  • Additionally, you can add a spoonful of sweet fermented rice (sweet rice wine)


    Directions: Take during the last two days of your menstrual cycle, ideally before your period ends. Noticeable results may be seen after several months of continuous use.
