民间偏方-黑豆益母草猪肉汤-月经痛,月经提前,崩漏,恶露 Folk remedy –Pork Soup with Black Beans and Motherwort Herb for menstrual pain, dysmenorrhea, and excessive menstrual bleeding

For menstrual pain, early menstruation caused by blood-heat and for excessive menstrual bleeding

食谱材料:猪肉250克, 黑豆50克,益母草20克,枸杞10克,盐5克,鸡精5 克


做法:猪肉洗净,加料料酒姜片焯水,黑豆洗净浸泡,枸杞洗净,益母草装袋洗净。

将肉黑豆放入锅中,加清水慢炖2小时,放入益母草枸杞炖15-20分钟,加盐鸡精即可。


功效:益母草:《神农本草》记载,可活血祛瘀,调经利水,清热解毒。对月经不调,月经提前,痛经,行径不畅,瘀滞腹痛均有很好的效果。对产后恶露不尽均有效。为妇产科要药。故名益母。可单用或熬膏服用。 提示:月经痛,血热月经提前,量多,崩漏和产后恶露不止使用。 血寒贫血加当归等

血寒贫血可加当归,首乌各20克


Ingredients:

  • 250 g pork

  • 50 g black soybeans

  • 20 g motherwort

  • 10 g goji berries

  • 5 g salt

  • 5 g chicken bouillon powder


Instructions: Clean the pork, add cooking wine and ginger slices, and blanch it.

Rinse and soak the black soybeans. Rinse the goji berries. Place the motherwort in a mesh bag and rinse it.

Put the pork and black soybeans into a pot, add water, and simmer for 2 hours.

Add the motherwort and goji berries and continue cooking for 15–20 minutes.

Season with salt and chicken bouillon powder before serving.


Effects (Traditional Use):

According to 《Shennong’s Classic of Materia Medica》, Motherwort (Leonurus japonicus) can invigorate the blood and remove stasis, regulate menstruation and promote urination, and clear heat to detoxify. It is effective for irregular menstruation, early menstruation, dysmenorrhea, impeded menstrual flow, and abdominal pain caused by blood stasis. It is also effective for postpartum lochia that remains unresolved. As an essential herb in gynecology and obstetrics, it is therefore named “Motherwort.”

It can be used alone or taken as a decocted syrup.



Tip: For menstrual pain, early menstruation caused by blood-heat and for excessive menstrual bleeding, this herbs may be used.


For blood deficiency or cold-induced conditions, Angelica sinensis (Dang Gui) and Polygonum multiflorum (He Shou Wu) may be added, 20 grams each.
