Qing’e Wan (Green Goose Pill), from 《He Ji Ju Fang》《 Formulary of Harmonized Prescriptions》, is traditionally used to: Strengthen muscles and bones Promote blood circulation, Darken hair and beard, Enhance complexion, Support longevity in the elderly.
组成: 杜仲24克,补骨脂12克,胡桃仁15克,大蒜12克
Ingredients: Eucommia bark (Du Zhong) – 24 g, Psoralea seeds (Bu Gu Zhi) – 12 g, Walnut kernel (Hu Tao Ren) – 15 g, Garlic (Da Suan) – 12 g
杜仲:补肝肾,强腰膝,壮筋骨。
补骨脂:又名 破骨纸,意思是破骨生新,助骨阳。通过调节神经和血液系统,促进骨髓造血,增强免疫和内分泌功能,从而发挥抗衰老作用。
胡桃仁:补肾固精。
大蒜: 宜宣通祛寒,行滞通络,以利壮腰止痛。
Eucommia bark (杜仲): Tonifies the liver and kidneys, strengthens the lower back and knees, and reinforces muscles and bones.
Psoralea corylifolia (补骨脂), also known as “Poguzhi” or “Broken-bone seed": Its name implies “breaking the old to generate the new,” referring to its ability to support bone yang. It regulates the nervous and circulatory systems, promotes bone-marrow hematopoiesis, and enhances immune and endocrine functions, thereby exerting anti-aging effects.
Walnut kernel (胡桃仁): Tonifies the kidneys and stabilizes essence.
Garlic (大蒜): Helps disperse cold, promote circulation, unblock the channels, and thereby strengthen the lower back and relieve pain.
